Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. successfully represented Paradeep Phosphates Limited (PPL) and Mangalore Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (MCFL), on their proposed merger and Zuari Maroc Phosphates Private Limited on its proposed acquisition of certain shareholding of MCFL.
The proposed combined entity will become one of the largest integrated private-sector fertilizer company in India.
