Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised Norwest Venture Partners (Norwest) on its investment in Vridhi Finserv Home Finance Limited (Vridhi), a non-banking financial company that provides property loans to low and middle-income customers in semi-urban and rural areas across India.
The $36 million (Rs 310 crore) Series B funding round was led by Norwest and included participation from existing investor Elevation Capital and founders.
