Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised Hexaware Technologies Limited ("Issuer") and CA Magnum Holdings (“Promoter Selling Shareholder”), an affiliate of the Carlyle Group on the Issuer’s initial public offering (IPO) aggregating to USD 1 billion through an offer for sale by the Promoter Selling Shareholder.
This is the largest IPO by an IT services firm in India and the 7th largest IPO in the private sector in India.
The Book Running Lead Managers for the IPO were Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited, Citigroup Global Markets India Private Limited, J.P. Morgan India Private Limited, HSBC Securities and Capital Markets (India) Private Limited, and IIFL Capital Services Limited.
The SAMCO transaction team led by Prashant Gupta, National Practice Head – Capital Markets; Ruth Chenchiah, Partner; Sanjana Chowdhry, Principal Associate; Megha Mehta, Associate; Shivang Agarwal, Associate; and Apoorva Tyagi, Associate.
