Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. (SAM & Co.) advised Mrs. Alka Bhatia Hiranandani on her acquisition of two flats in the building known as ‘Prime Beach’ situated at Juhu, Mumbai. The deal was signed on October 3, 2024, and is valued at INR 72 crores.
SAM & Co. advised Mrs. Alka Bhatia Hiranandani on all legal aspects of the purchase of the flats, which are in the same building where her brother, actor Akshay Kumar, stays. The transaction is amongst the most expensive purchases of residential premises at Juhu.
