Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised HDFC Bank Limited in relation to the financial assistance granted to TRIL Infopark Limited, for refinancing its existing debt debt availed to develop the special economic zone park (for information technology (IT)/information technology enabled services (ITES)) named Ramanujam IT City.
The City is spread across ~25.27 acres with a total built up area of ~7.1 million sq. ft. including an office space of ~4.6 million sq. ft leasable area and is located at OMR Expressway, Chennai.
The transaction value was approximately USD 280 Million.
The Transaction was signed 25 March 2022.
