S&R Associates assist book running lead managers in Gland Pharma IPO
S&R Associates represented Kotak Mahindra, Citigroup, Haitong Securities and Nomura, book running lead managers, in the Rs. 64.79 billion initial public offerings by Gland Pharma Limited, one of the fastest growing generic injectables-focused companies by revenue in the United States. This was the largest IPO by a pharmaceutical company in India.
Hyderabad-based Gland Pharma is one of the largest and fastest-growing injectable-focused companies, with a global footprint across 60 countries, including the United States, Europe, Canada, Australia, India and other markets. The company is promoted by Shanghai Fosun Pharma, a global pharmaceutical major.
The S&R team was led by partners Sandip Bhagat and Jabarati Chandra and included associates Oishika Dasgupta, Rohini Sud, Shwetank Sharma and Shinjan Alok.
