The launch of the web series required legal assistance on various critical and complex aspects of Intellectual Property Rights / Data Protection & Privacy and Commercial Law in new economy context, contract negotiations, copyrights’ society, licensing, talent management and intellectual property registrations. In this regard, RSD Bajaj Global Law Firm handled the end-to-end transaction advisory and negotiations along with Briyani By Kilo In-house legal team led by Sohal Yadav and overall inputs from Vishal Jindal, Founder & Co-CEO, Briyani By Kilo.
