Raditya Anugerah Titus Joins B.Av as Partner to Strengthen Dispute Resolution Practice
Batavia Advocatorum (B.Av), a prominent Indonesian boutique law firm, has strengthened its Dispute Resolution practice with the appointment of Raditya Anugerah Titus as Partner. A seasoned litigation lawyer with over 14 years of experience, he joins from Makarim & Taira S, where he served as a Senior Litigation Lawyer. He also gained international exposure through a secondment to Drew & Napier LLC in Singapore.
His legal career spans a broad spectrum of civil and criminal litigation, employment matters, and arbitration. He has represented a diverse range of clients across industries, including financial institutions, manufacturing, technology, and energy sectors.
“We are confident that Radit’s arrival will significantly bolster B.Av’s Dispute Resolution practice, especially in the field of international arbitration,” said the firm. “His extensive experience demonstrates B.Av’s commitment to expanding our capabilities in strategic areas to meet the evolving needs of our clients.”
Expressing his excitement about joining B.Av, Radit said, “I am thrilled to join B.Av and look forward to contributing to the firm’s ongoing success in dispute resolution. I will use my experience to help the firm grow and bring benefits to our clients.”
He began his career at Panji Prasetyo + Partners Law Office before joining Makarim & Taira S in 2015. His expertise will help B.Av continue to develop its presence in the dispute resolution sector.
Founded in 2019, B.Av has grown rapidly and now boasts three partners, including him. The other partners are Managing Partner Syafrullah Hamdi, a former HHP Law Firm lawyer, and Partner Towy Aryanosa, another former Makarim & Taira S lawyer. With this new addition, B.Av aims to further cement its reputation as a leading boutique firm in Indonesia's legal landscape.
