Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India Advised SWAMIH Fund on ₹195.50 Cr Investment for Financing K V Developers’ Housing Project
Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India acted for and advised the Special Window for Affordable & Mid-Income Housing (SWAMIH) Fund in connection with investment in non- convertible debentures to provide last mile finance to K V Developers Private for completion of construction of a group housing project in Uttar Pradesh.
SWAMIH Fund has approved INR 195.50 Crores for completion of group housing project titled “KVD Wind Park” (comprising of 7 (seven) residential towers and 2 (two) commercial towers having total saleable area of 10.50 lacs sq. ft.) at Sector- Techzone-IV, Greater Noida,
District Gautam Budh Nagar, in the State of Uttar Pradesh. With this investment, SWAMIH has stepped in to provide finance to help these projects in their last mile of development. The transaction team at Luthra and Luthra was led by Partner Girish Rawat and was ably assisted by Managing Associate, Ashneet Chhabra and Associate, Ranjini Ghosh. Associates- Pranav Dwivedi and Devyani Kukreti assisted with respect to conducting title due diligence and corporate due diligence on the Issuer Company and the Promoter Company.
