Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India acted for Savage Coffee Private Limited (First Coffee), a specialty premium coffee brand, in its fundraise of USD 1.2 Million.
The investment was led by Beenext with participation from other investors such as Ashish Gupta (Helion Venture Partners), AngelList India, Ritesh Malik (founder, Innov8), Sahil Malik (founder, Da Milano), Aman Arora (cofounder, board-Keventers), Agastya Dalmia (director, Keventers), among others.
First Coffee is a fast-growing specialty coffee brand that offers high-quality, sustainable coffee products and has rapidly expanded its footprint across India, with a strong focus on providing an authentic coffee experience to its customers.
The transaction team at Luthra and Luthra was led by Partner Navin Syiem, and comprised of Managing Associate Sidhartha Jatar and Associate Samridhi Poddar.
