Luthra And Luthra Law Offices India Advised Promoters Of Paper Boat Apps In Sale Of Stake To Nazara Technologies
Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India acted as the legal counsel for the promoters of Paper Boat Apps Private Limited, Anupam and Anshu Dhanuka, in the sale of their 48.42% stake to Nazara Technologies Limited, a listed company, for INR 300 Crores.
With this acquisition, Paper Boat is now a fully owned subsidiary of Nazara Tech. Meanwhile, Kiddopia Inc., a subsidiary of Paper Boat, remains a step-down subsidiary.
Paper Boat Apps is the developer and publisher of popular children’s digital gamified learning app ‘Kiddopia’.
Nazara Technologies is an Indian technology holding company that has business interests in mobile games, esports and sports media.
The team at Luthra and Luthra was led by Partner Nishant Singh and comprised of Managing Associate Saksham Madan and Associate, Varshini Ramesh.
