Luthra And Luthra Law Offices India Advised One97 Communications On ₹2048 Crore Sale Of Entertainment Ticketing Business To Zomato
Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India advised One97 Communications Ltd (Paytm), in connection with its agreement to sell its entertainment ticketing business for a cash consideration of Rs. 2048 Crores to Zomato Limited.
The transaction value is subject to certain cash and net working capital adjustments at closing and closing is subject to satisfaction of agreed conditions precedent
The team was led by Partner, Nishant Singh and consisted of Managing Associates – Nikhil Bhat and Saksham Madan, Senior Associate – Manushi Shah and Associates – Maitri Meghani, Aashi Shah, Aditi Nagpal, Patti Charith Reddy, Silpi Jain, Aryaa Padhye, Aryaman Sharma, Govind Warrier, Rahul Lal, Somanshu Shukla and Shivangi Paliwal.
