Luthra And Luthra Law Offices India Advised Lenders On ₹1436 Cr Financing To Zenataris Renewable Energy
Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India acted as the Lenders’ Legal Counsel for Union Bank of India, India Infrastructure Finance Company Limited and Bank of India, in relation to the financial assistance aggregating to INR 1436 Crore made available to Zenataris Renewable Energy Private Limited, an SPV of Fourth Partner Energy Private Limited.
The funding is aimed at part financing the project costs in relation to 66 MW wind power project at Vijayanagar District, Karnataka and 62.7 MW wind power project and 155 MW solar power project at Vijayanagar District, Karnataka.
This has, by far, been the largest debt financing tied up by the Fourth Partner group till date.
