Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India Advised Dr. Paws Healthcare On ₹7.8 Cr Fundraise
Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India Advised Dr. Paws Healthcare on ₹7.8 Cr Fundraise
Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India advised Dr. Paws Healthcare Private Limited in its INR 7,80,00,000 (Indian Rupees Seven Crore Eighty Lakh) fundraise from lead investor Sauce.vc along with other angel investors including Curefoods' Ankit Nagori, Zetwork’s Rahul Sharma, Cult.fit's Naresh Krishnaswamy, and Tracxn’s Abhishek Goyal.
Udit Gadkary and Rakesh Santhapur started Dr. Paws this year, after realising that there was a dearth of specialised and one-stop shop clinics for pet lovers. With this investment, Dr. Paws plans to open a chain of modern veterinary clinics which reimagine how veterinary care is delivered in India and bring the friendliest, most trustworthy, and clinically sound care to beautifully designed veterinary clinics.
Sauce.vc is an early-stage consumer VC fund which has invested in brands like The Whole Truth, Mokobara, Perfora amongst others.
The transaction team at Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India was led by Partner Navin Syiem and Managing Associate Sidhartha Jatar.
