Luthra And Luthra Law Offices India Advised Bear House Clothing On INR 50 Cr Series A Investment From JM Financial And Dexter Ventures
Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India advised Bear House Clothing Private Limited on its INR 50 crore Series A investment round led by JM Financial India Growth Fund III, with participation from Dexter Ventures. Dexter Capital acted as the financial advisor to Bear House in this transaction.
Bear House is a premium men’s fashion and accessory brand focused on casual workwear that combines style, comfort, and contemporary design. The brand has also been featured on Shark Tank India. The investment provides Bear House with growth capital to strengthen its operations and scale its brand presence across India.
JM Financial India Growth Fund III is a scheme of JM Financial India Growth Trust III, acting through its investment manager JM Financial Limited. Dexter Ventures is a micro-VC fund investing in pre-seed and seed-stage startups.
