Luthra And Luthra Law Offices advised MediAssist Est on acquisition of Raksha Health Insurance

The company hopes to grow its retail segment by 30 percent

Prestigious law firm Luthra And Luthra has advised MediAssist Est in relation to its acquisition of a 100 percent stake in Raksha Health Insurance TPA Pvt Ltd.

The transaction will help expand Media Assist’s presence in North and West India and add around 3,000 corporates to its client portfolio. It is the largest deal in India by volume in the insurance TPA industry.

The transaction team comprised associate Sai Meghana Konda and partner Vasudev Dibbur.
