Lakshmikumaran And Sridharan Advised Pacific Avenue Capital Partners On Acquisition Of Kidde-Fenwal's Fire Suppression And Safety Controls Business
Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan represented Pacific Avenue Capital Partners in connection with the Indian leg of a global transaction, involving the acquisition of substantially all the assets pertaining to the fire suppression systems and safety controls business of Kidde-Fenwal, Inc. across various jurisdictions, including the United States of America, United Kingdom, and India.
The firm’s role included conducting a legal due diligence on the Indian entities with respect to the assets being contributed; reviewing and providing comments from an Indian law perspective to the global-level transaction documents; advising on the India-level restructuring; drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalising the transaction documents in connection with the Indian leg of the transaction; and assisting with the closing of the Indian leg of the transaction.
