Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan advised ETS on Series C funding round in Leverage Edu along with other investors
Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan (LKS) acted as legal advisors to Educational Testing Service (ETS) and another co-investor on the Series C funding round for Leverage Edu. The round was led by ETS, a renowned US-based entity, along with prominent investors Blume Ventures, DSG Consumer Partners and Kaizen.
LKS provided comprehensive transaction support including advising on structuring, legal due diligence, negotiations, finalization of transaction documents and closing related assistance.
Leverage Edu is a technology company operating an overseas-focused higher education counselling platform.
The LKS team, led by Kunal Arora (Partner) and comprising of Anupam Misra (Associate Partner), Dikshita Damodaran (Senior Associate), Anjali Menghani (Senior Associate), Archit Gupta (Senior Associate), Kumar Mangalam (Associate), and Ashutosh Sharma (Associate), played a crucial role in facilitating the transaction.
