Kirkland advised Tims China on business combination completion with Silver Crest
The transaction was valued at approximately $1.4 billion
Kirkland & Ellis has advised TH International Limited, the master franchisee and operator of Tim Hortons coffee shops in China, on the completion of its business combination with Silver Crest Acquisition Corporation.
The combined company has retained the TH International name and its shares and warrants began trading on NASDAQ under the symbols THCH and THCHW.
The Kirkland team was led by transactional partners Armand Della Monica, Joseph Raymond Casey, and Min Lu and capital markets partners Christian Nagler and Steve Lin.
