Khaitan & Co Assists Muthoot Finance with Tender Offer for $550 Million Senior Secured Notes
Khaitan & Co served as the domestic legal advisor for Muthoot Finance Limited's tender offer relating to its US $550 million fixed rate senior secured notes due in 2023. The tender offer allowed for an aggregate principal amount of up to US $225 million, issued under the Global Medium Term Note Programme.
Deutsche Bank AG’s Singapore branch acted as the sole dealer manager, while D.F. King Ltd. served as the tender and information agent.
