Khaitan & Co Appoints Alpesh Parekh As Partner In Real Estate Practice

Khaitan & Co Appoints Alpesh Parekh As Partner In Real Estate Practice
Khaitan & Co has strengthened its Real Estate practice with the appointment of Alpesh Parekh as a Partner in the firm’s Pune office. This strategic addition reinforces the firm’s commitment to expanding its presence and capabilities in Pune and across Maharashtra.
Amar Sinhji, Executive Director, Human Resources, said, “We are delighted to welcome Alpesh to the Firm. He is a valuable addition to our leadership team and will play a crucial role in strengthening our real estate practice in Pune and beyond. We wish him great success in this new role.”
Alpesh brings over 18 years of experience in the real estate sector, advising domestic and international developers, investors, lenders, multinational corporations, and high-net-worth individuals. He has also represented multinational clients in revenue litigation.
Prior to joining Khaitan & Co, Alpesh was a Partner at AZB & Partners. He holds a B.L.S, LL.B., and a Diploma in Intellectual Property Laws from Symbiosis International University.
His appointment comes at a pivotal time as Khaitan & Co recently moved to a new office in Pune to better serve its clients. With this expansion and Alpesh’s deep expertise, the firm is well-positioned to enhance its real estate advisory services across Maharashtra.
