Khaitan & Co and AZB & Partners act on Reliance's investment in Abraham & Thakore
India's largest retail company is expanding its presence in the luxury segment
Reliance Retail Ventures Limited (RRVL), a subsidiary of Reliance Industries and the holding company of all retail companies within the group, has bought a majority stake in designer brand Abraham & Thakore.
Reliance Retail was represented by Khaitan & Co and the core team at the firm comprised Supratim Chakraborty (partner), Rahul Dutt (partner), Shourya Sengupta (principal associate), Sneh Lata (senior associate), Anwesha Sinha (associate) and Nikunj Keyal (associate).
