Khaitan & Co Advised SWC Global Fund On Its Investment In MeetRecord And Meetplatforms Services
Khaitan & Co advised SWC Global Fund on its USD 2.7 million pre-Series A investment in MeetRecord Inc, USA and its wholly owned subsidiary Meetplatforms Services India.
MeetRecord, founded in 2021, delivers a B2B software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that leverages artificial intelligence to analyze conversation data from various communication channels like emails and calls. The funding round also featured participation from All In Capital I LP, a fund under All In Capital Master LP.
MeetRecord plans to utilize the new capital to empower revenue and sales teams in the service sector by providing AI-enhanced tools, facilitating increased sales, and enhancing customer engagement.
The Khaitan & Co deal team advising on the transaction included Partner Atul Pandey, Counsel Arjun Bhagi, Senior Associate Shivansh Mehta, Senior Associate Shruti Gupta, and Associate Mehul Mehta.
