Khaitan & Co advised SIDBI Venture Capital Limited (SIDBI) in its investment in Nutrivative Foods Private Limited and Kilaru Naturals Private Limited (Nourish You), pursuant to the Series A funding round of approximately INR 16 crores (USD 1.9 million). Nourish You is engaged in the business of manufacturing and exporting organic superfoods such as Quinoa, Amaranth, Chia Seeds, and Flax Seeds.

The Khaitan & Co team consisted of Sanchit Agarwal (Partner), Pulkit Chaturvedi (Principal Associate) and Jubin Jay (Senior Associate).
