Khaitan & Co advised SIDBI (Small Industries Development Bank of India) on its investment in Nourish You India, a superfood brand backed by NUTRIVATIVE FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED and Kilaru Naturals Private Limited. This investment formed part of Nourish You India’s Series A funding round, amounting to approximately INR 16 crores.
Nourish You India is a leading homegrown superfood brand focused on plant-based nutrition, offering quinoa, chia seeds, plant-based milk alternatives, and other organic health foods. With a growing consumer base in the health and wellness sector, the brand has rapidly expanded its presence in India’s functional food and nutrition market.
