Khaitan & Co Advised Quadria Capital On ₹850 Million Investment In Nephrocare Health Services
Khaitan & Co advised Quadria Capital on its acquisition of a significant minority stake in Nephrocare Health Services for INR 850 crores. This investment combines a primary investment with the purchase of shares from existing shareholders.
Quadria stands as one of Asia’s largest healthcare-focused Private Equity Firms, Managing assets exceeding US$ 3.4 billion. The firm specializes in investments within the rapidly growing healthcare sector across South Asia and Southeast Asia. Its investment portfolio includes Healthcare Delivery, Life Sciences, Medical Technology, and Associated Healthcare Services.
Nephrocare Health Services Private Limited operates as Asia’s largest dialysis network, operating approximately 450 dialysis centers.
The core team for the project included Partners Bharat Anand and Srikant C.V., Counsel Mukul Aggarwal, Principal Associate Shraddha Desai, and Senior Associate Siddhartha Das.
