Khaitan & Co Advised Prozeal Green Energy Limited On Its INR 7,000 Million Initial Public Offering

Khaitan & Co advised as Legal Counsel to Prozeal Green Energy Limited on Indian law and also represented the promoter selling shareholders in the company’s initial public offering (IPO) of equity shares aggregating up to INR 7,000 million.

The offer comprises a fresh issue of equity shares worth INR 3,500 million and an offer for sale of shares worth INR 3,500 million by the promoter selling shareholders and certain investor selling shareholders.

The Khaitan & Co team was led by Madhur Kohli (Partner) and Vaibhav Mittal (Partner), with support from Saisha Bacha (Senior Associate), Varshini Puni (Senior Associate), Aastha Ulhas Dhuppad (Associate), and Vanshika Singh (Associate).
