Khaitan & Co Advised Mobileware Technologies On Investment By Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services

Khaitan & Co advised Mobileware Technologies Private Limited (MTPL) and its promoters on the investment by Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited (Zaggle). The transaction involved subscription of securities and secondary purchase of shares, with a total investment of approximately INR 22.85 crores (USD 3 million). Following the deal, Zaggle will acquire a 38.34% stake in MTPL.

The transaction was led by Shourya Sengupta (Partner), with support from Riya Dutta (Principal Associate), Supallab Chakraborty (Senior Associate), and Joysurjo Roy (Associate).
