Khaitan & Co Advised L&T Technology Services on $110 Million Acquisition of Intelliswift Software
Khaitan & Co has advised L&T Technology Services (LTTS) on its acquisition of Intelliswift Software India and its US counterpart for USD 110 million. The strategic acquisition will enable LTTS to enhance its capabilities in software product development, platform engineering, digital integration, data, and artificial intelligence (AI).
Additionally, the deal provides LTTS access to prominent clients in sectors such as retail, fintech, and hi-tech, while bolstering its partnerships with hyperscalers.
The deal team at Khaitan & Co was led by Partners Niren Patel and Vidur Sinha, supported by Senior Associates Zico Bahl and Akshaya Saksena.
