Khaitan & Co Advised Jupiter International And Its Promoters On Investment Led By ValueQuest
Khaitan & Co advised Jupiter International Limited (Jupiter) and its promoters in relation to an investment of approximately INR 300 Crores in Jupiter led by ValueQuest SCALE Fund (ValueQuest) and certain other investors, by way of primary subscription, for a minority stake in Jupiter.
The firm assisted Jupiter in structuring the transaction, which involved undertaking a comprehensive due diligence, as well as drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalising the transaction documents and ancillary documents. The firm also provided its assistance with completion of procedural compliance requirements in respect of the transaction.
