Khaitan & Co advised Infosys Limited on Indian law aspects in relation to the acquisition of 100 per cent of the equity share capital in in-tech Holding GmbH, a leading Engineering R&D services provider focused on German automotive industry, headquartered in Germany for a total consideration of EUR 450 million.
The strategic investment is set to bolster Infosys' Engineering R&D capabilities and underscores its ongoing commitment to assisting global clients with their digital engineering needs.
Headquartered in Germany, in-tech is recognized as one of the fastest-growing Engineering R&D service providers, driving digitization across the automotive, rail transport, and smart industry sectors. The company develops solutions in areas such as e-mobility, connected and autonomous driving, electric vehicles (EVs), off-road vehicles, and railroads.
