By their side, a dedicated roster of specialists provided crucial support. Partners, Moin Ladha, and Divaspati Singh along with Khusboo Agarwal (Principal Associate), while Anisha Chand (Paartner), Tanveer Verma (Principal Associate) and Nilav Banerjee (Associate) ensured the deal stayed squeaky clean on the antitrust front.
