Khaitan & Co Advised Axis Bank On ₹750 Cr Term Loan Facility To JSW Steel

Khaitan & Co advised Axis Bank Limited on the grant of a rupee term loan facility of INR 750 crores (Facility) to JSW Steel Limited (Borrower). The Facility is secured by a first pari passu charge by way of hypothecation on all the moveable fixed assets of 3 MTPA coke oven plant (Phase I & II of 1.5 MTPA each) (excluding certain assets specifically carved out), situated at Dolvi works, in the state of Maharashtra.
