Khaitan & Co Advised Ascendas Firstspace on Land Acquisition for Warehousing Facility in Kolar

Khaitan & Co acted as lead counsel to Ascendas Firstspace Development Management Private Limited in its acquisition of 100% shares of Dhishan Realty and Dhishan Bulwark, which own freehold and leasehold rights over approximately 90 acres of land in Kolar District, Karnataka. The acquisition, undertaken by CIL 2 Logistics 3 PTE. Ltd and CIL 2 Logistics 5 PTE. Ltd (entities of CapitaLand Group), is aimed at developing an industrial and logistics park for commercial warehousing.

The deal is valued at approximately INR 153 Crores and involved title due diligence, real estate documentation, corporate structuring, and general advisory.
