Khaitan & Co Advised Ascendas Firstspace On Acquisition Of Dhishan Realty And Dhishan Bulwark By CapitaLand’s CIL 2 Logistics

Khaitan & Co advised Ascendas Firstspace on the acquisition of Dhishan Realty and Dhishan Bulwark by CIL 2 Logistics (3 and 5), entities of the CapitaLand Group. The transaction involved Dhishan acquiring freehold and leasehold rights over 90 acres of land in Kolar District, Karnataka, to develop an industrial and logistics park. The deal was valued at approximately INR 153 crores.
