Khaitan & Co Acted on Axis AMC’s Strategic Fabindia Stake Sale to SBI General Insurance
Khaitan & Co, a leading law firm, successfully advised Axis Asset Management Company Limited (Axis AMC) on the sale of its entire stake in Fabindia Limited to SBI Life Insurance Company Limited. This strategic transaction involved the transfer of Axis New Opportunities AIF – I’s holdings in the renowned apparel and lifestyle brand, signifying a significant shift in investment dynamics.
