JSA advised Khatabook on US$ 90 million series C fund raise in Khatabook
J. Sagar Associates (JSA) has advised B Capital, a multi-stage global investment firm and venture capital firm Tribe Capital for their primary investment in Kyte Technologies, Inc., which is engaged in the business of development and operations of KhataBook mobile application.
Manvinder Singh (lead partner), Anant Mishra (senior associate) Parnik Saxena (associate) and Vishakha Singh (associate) represented JSA.
KhataBook helps merchants with simple, reliable and efficient means of ledger maintenance through its Indian subsidiaries ADJ Utility Apps Private Limited and SiliconVeins Private Limited. The investment also saw participation from other financers.
The total amount raised by the company in the primary round was approximately US$ 90 million. It intends to use the proceeds to expand its footprint and increase the products portfolio.
