JSA Acted on the IPO of Popular Vehicles and Services Limited
The prominent Indian law firm JSA provided legal counsel to ICICI Securities Limited, Nuvama Wealth Management Limited (formerly known as Edelweiss Securities Limited), and Centrum Capital Limited in connection with the initial public offering (IPO) of Popular Vehicles and Services Limited. The IPO includes a fresh issue of up to ₹2,500.00 million and an offer for sale aggregating up to 11,917,075 Equity Shares by the Selling Shareholder, BanyanTree Growth Capital II, LLC.
Popular Vehicles and Services Limited submitted its Prospectus to the Registrar of Companies (RoC) in Kerala at Ernakulam on March 14, 2024. According to news reports, the initial public offering (IPO) witnessed subscription rates of 1.07 times in the retail category, 1.92 times in the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) category, and 0.67 times in the Non-Institutional Investors (NII) category.
