Indian law firm IC Universal Legal has counseled Mokobara Lifestyle Pvt Ltd for raising over Rs.100 crores from a Series B fundraise led by Peak XV Partners.
The existing institutional investors participating in the round were Sauce.VC and Saama Capital, and Aditya Birla Ventures.
Founded by Sangeet Agarwal and Navin Parwal Mokobara is a new-age luggage brand having a robust pan-India online and offline presence. It offers an array of products including backpacks, suitcases and travel accessories.
The IC Universal Legal transaction team guiding Mokobara, Sauce.VC and Saama Capital included Sambhav Ranka (senior partner), Abhishek Pai (principal associate), Abhinav Gupta (associate) and Saket Pawar (associate).
