Herbert Smith Freehills acted for Style Arcade On Its Series A Capital Raise

Style Arcade received advice from Herbert Smith Freehills' Venture Capital team on its A$8 million Series A capital raise and the round was led by Acadian Software. This additional capital will be used to fund the company's continued rapid growth and expansion.
Style Arcade, founded by Michaela Wessels and Tristan Hoy, is an Australian company that provides a fashion software suite. It includes digital range planning and fashion analytics to help retailers increase sales.
Elizabeth Henderson, Co-Head of Venture Capital (Australia), and solicitor Taseen Rafi led the Herbert Smith Freehills team, supported by partners Toby Eggleston and Christine Wong and senior associate Owen Lunney.
"It's a true reflection of Style Arcade, its Founders, and its technology providing to have its Series A investment round led by Acadian Software. Its investment emphasis on SaaS businesses with proven technology and solid fundamentals," mentioned Elizabeth Henderson.
