Nobel Hygiene, manufacturer of disposable hygiene products announced acquisition of significant minority stake by Quadria Capital, Asia's leading healthcare-focused private equity firm. As part of the transaction, the company has raised fresh capital and has given an exit to its existing investors including CLSA Capital Partners and Access PE.
The deal is a mix of primary and secondary capital where existing angel and PE investors including CLSA Capital Partners, Access India fund and its co-investors will exit.
