DSK Legal Advised Vaibhav Global Limited on Full Exit from Encase Packaging
DSK Legal represented Vaibhav Global Limited (VGL) in relation to its full exit from Encase Packaging Private Limited (Encase) by way of selling its shares to the promoter of Encase.
VGL is an omnichannel jewellery and lifestyle retailer which deals in fashion jewellery, gemstones & accessories, lifestyle products, and beauty care etc, on B2C basis.
As a part of the transaction, VGL will receive the consideration amount in various tranches and in lieu of the same, the promoter has pledged the sale shares in favour of VGL to secure the consideration amount.
DSK Legal advised and assisted VGL in:
a) Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing the share purchase agreement, share pledge agreement, and other ancillary documents relating to the transaction; and
b) Assisting in the closing of the transaction.
