DSK Legal Advised Primus Global Services on Sale of Stake in Aethereus Consulting to RCG IT Corp

DSK Legal assisted and advised Primus Global Services, Inc. ("Seller") for the sale of its interest in Aethereus Consulting Private Limited ("Company"), an Indian company which specializes in advisory, experience design, and multi-cloud transformation.

The Company holds considerable expertise in Salesforce platform solutions such as Al Data cloud, industry clouds, and multi-cloud implementations.

The shares of the Seller in the Company were acquired by RCG IT Corp (a US based entity engaged in technology consulting and is a part of the Frontenac portfolio) ("Purchaser"). The scope of work of DSK Legal included reviewing, revising, negotiating, and finalizing share purchase agreement and all other transaction documents to be executed between the Seller, Company and the Purchaser and facilitating in the closure of the transaction.
