DSK Legal advised institutional investors Aayuv Technologies Private Limited
DSK Legal advised Siana Capital, Eight Roads Ventures India, VE Proactive Fund II and Endiya Partners, the existing institutional investors of Aayuv Technologies Private Limited in relation to their investment in the Series B Round of the Company, alongside Healthquad Fund II and Sabre Partners AIF Trust
The Company Aayuv Technologies was founded in 2014 by Mr. Kiran Kalakuntala, Mr. Srikhanth Samudrala and Dr. Noel Coutinho and is engaged in the business of providing a corporate health benefit platform "www.ekincare.com", that is integrated with insurance, preventive health, mental wellness and healthcare financing.
The Existing Institutional Investors and the Incoming Investors made a primary investment of approx. USD 15,000,000 (US Dollars Fifteen Million only) by subscribing to the Series B preference shares issued by the Company.
DSK Legal assisted in, inter alia,: (i) reviewing, negotiating and revising the shareholders' agreement; (ii) drafting, reviewing, negotiating and revising the share subscription agreement; (iii) negotiations with the Company, the Promoters, and the Incoming Investors, and their respective counsels; (iv) drafting and reviewing of all other ancillary documents/agreements/certificates related to the transaction, including the disclosure letter; and (iv) assisting in execution and closing of the transaction.

IC Universal Legal acted as the legal counsels for the Company and the Promoters, L&L Partners acted as the legal counsels for Healthquad Fund II and J. Sagar Associates acted as the legal counsels for Sabre Partners AIF Trust.
