DSK Legal Advised Arvind SmartSpaces On Acquisition Of Development Rights
DSK Legal advised and assisted Arvind SmartSpaces Limited ("Company") in relation to the acquisition of development rights in respect of all those pieces and parcels of lands admeasuring 92 Acres in aggregate, situate in Village Sapoli-Inam, Taluka Pen, District Raigad ("Property") located near Mumbai 3.0.
The Company is an Ahmedabad-based real estate development company engaged in real estate projects across Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Bengaluru, and Pune. The deal marks the entry of the Company in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
DSK Legal assisted the Company in inter alia:
(i) conducting title due diligence in respect of the Property and issuing a Memo on Title and
(ii) drafting, negotiating, and finalizing the transaction documents i.e. Joint Development Agreement, Power of Attorney and ancillary documents.
The title and transaction team at DSK Legal comprised Partner Mitali Naik, Senior Associate Ankita Shah, and Associates Nadeem Siddiqui, Shreyash Nakhawa, Priyanka Chumbhale, and Parth Bode.
