DSK Legal Advised AP2GP In Seed Funding Round
DSK Legal advised and assisted AP2GP Private Limited ("AP2GP") in its seed round fund raise. DSK Legal's role included advisory, structuring, and documentation regarding the Co-Founders Agreement, the Shareholders' Agreement, and the Share Subscription Agreements ("SSAs"). Given the diverse group of investors, DSK Legal prepared a standard SSA such that it catered to the interests of all the investors involved, ensuring that the terms and conditions of the investment were appropriately structured and documented.
AP2GP is a dynamic company engaged in various lifestyle-oriented businesses, including the retailing footwear (under the brand name RARA Barefoot). The fundraising will provide AP2GP with essential capital to drive its growth and expansion and enable the company to scale revenue, innovate new products, and expand into new markets while strengthening its presence in existing ones. Additionally, the investment will support branding efforts, streamline operations through technology, and enhance customer experiences, including e-commerce capabilities.
