Dentons Link Legal has advised IIFL Securities Limited, Axis Capital Limited, Emkay Global Financial Services Limited, ICICI Securities Limited, JM Financial Limited, and SBI Capital Markets Limited, the Book Running Lead Managers, concerning the Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) undertaken by Indian Bank.
Through the placement, the Indian Bank issued and allotted 10,15,22,842 equity shares at an issue price of Rs.394 per equity share (including a premium of Rs.384 per equity share), for raising an aggregate capital of Rs.4,000 crores.
