Dentons Link Legal exclusively advised BLS E-Services Limited (the Company) on their ₹30,929.29 lakh Initial Public Offering (IPO) of equity shares (the Issue). The Issue was a runaway success, garnering an impressive 162 times overall subscription. Notably, the retail category witnessed a staggering 236.53 times subscription, while qualified institutional buyers and non-institutional buyers subscribed 123.30 times and 300.05 times, respectively.
BLS E-Services Limited empowers businesses and governments across India with their technology-driven digital services. Their offerings span three key areas: (i) Business Correspondent services for major Indian banks, (ii) Assisted E-services, and (iii) E-Governance services at the grassroots level. Through their extensive network, they deliver essential public utility services, social welfare schemes, healthcare, financial, educational, agricultural, and banking services, connecting both government (G2C) and businesses (B2B).
