Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Represented Equinix India
Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas ("CAM") advised Equinix India Private Limited for the acquisition of a 1.38-acre land parcel in Chandivali, along with the Data Centre Building constructed thereon, from Overseas Packaging Industries Private Limited and Warden Hyforce Private Limited for INR 155 Crores.
CAM undertook due diligence of the sellers' title to the property, advised Equinix on structuring the transaction, and assisted in drafting the transaction documents.
The transaction team at CAM comprised of Rishiraj Bhatt, Partner; Jinal Mehta, Partner; Neha Shah, Senior Associate Designate; and Anjali Kadam, Consultant.
