Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Ykone S.A.S in acquisition of Barcode Influencer Marketing Private Limited. The transaction involves acquisition of Barcode Influencer Marketing Private Limited (“Barcode Limited”) by Ykone S.A.S (a leading international influencer marketing agency based out of France) and subsequent acquisition of content & influencer marketing agency business in India by Barcode Limited from Barcode Experiential Marketing LLP under a business transfer agreement, Pursuant to the above, Ykone S.A.S will hold 70% stake in Barcode Limited.
Having a global customer base, Ykone operates as an advertising agency providing digital content writing, creative, influencer marketing, and brand imaging services.
Barcode Entertainment is a technology-driven influencer marketing company. It brings together data-led performance, real human relationships, expert creative strategy, authentic engaging content, and laser-sharp paid media targeting.
CAM conducted legal due diligence process, meticulously crafted, and negotiated the requisite transactional documents, and offered indispensable support throughout the execution and finalization of the transaction.
